We would like to inform all members of a recently announced, prize money tournament run by the newly formed National Pickleball League of Australia (NPL) – the NPL Championships (Gold Coast) held at one of our great clubs in Currumbin!
This event is being run on July 29th & July 30th at the Gold Coast Pickleball Community Centre with 4 events & $12,000 in Prize Money on offer:
· Open Singles (Male)
o $1800 Prize Pool
· Open Singles (Female)
o $1800 Prize Pool
· Masters Doubles (Mixed) – 50+
o $600 Prize Pool
· Teams (2 Male, 2 Female) – Brand new, unique NPL Format
o $7800 prize pool
The championship is a great chance for players to “tune up” before the Oceania Championships (if they are playing), try a new, exciting teams’ format, have a guaranteed minimum of 6 games and a chance to share in some more amazing prize money.
